Cottage Cheese & Oat Blender Pancakes
If you’re looking for a quick, healthy breakfast your kids will actually eat, these cottage cheese and oat pancakes are about to become a staple in your kitchen. They’re soft, fluffy, naturally nourishing, and come together in minutes—perfect for busy mornings when you still want to serve real, wholesome food.
One of the best parts? Everything goes straight into the blender. That means no complicated steps, minimal mess, and easy cleanup—a win for any parent juggling a full morning routine. Just blend, pour, and cook. These pancakes cook up fast, so you can have a warm, satisfying meal on the table in no time.
Nutritionally, these pancakes check all the boxes. Each serving packs around 25 grams of protein, thanks to the cottage cheese, which helps support growing bodies and keeps little ones feeling full longer. The oats provide healthy carbohydrates for steady energy, while the natural fats contribute to balanced nutrition—helping avoid those mid-morning energy crashes.
We love serving these pancakes with a spoonful of stewed wild blueberries on top. Not only do they add natural sweetness, but they’re also rich in antioxidants, making this an easy way to boost the nutritional value without extra effort. You can also customize with other toppings like nut butter, yogurt, or fresh fruit depending on what your family enjoys.
If you’ve been searching for easy, kid-friendly, high-protein breakfast ideas, this recipe is a must-try. It’s simple, nourishing, and incredibly delicious—everything a real-food family needs to start the day right.
I hope you and your family love these cottage cheese and oat pancakes as much as we do—they’re always a hit in our home!
