Salmon & Broccoli Nuggets with Homemade Tartar Sauce

These broccoli and salmon nuggets with homemade tartar sauce are AWESOME! This meal made me so happy because the whole family loved it (including my salmon adverse husband!) The kids were obsessed with dipping the nuggets in the tartar sauce and I’m really excited with the tartar sauce recipe because it’s easy, quick, and so flavorful. It’s a great recipe to turn to on fish nights!

These salmon nuggets pack a lot of nutrition in each bite. I was able to add broccoli, dill and onions into the batter and felt so good about all the nourishing foods my kids were eating with every nugget they ate!

I hope you and your family love this recipe as much as we do. The tartar sauce was a lovely addition but if you’re not into tartar sauce for your kids I think they’d dig dipping these into plain yogurt or ketchup.

Happy cooking everyone!
